In EU Law، habitual residence is an important CONNECTING FACTOR in relation to conflict of forums and conflict of laws، particularly in personal matters. EU rules and regulation، which are enforceable directly and without a need for approval of domestic bodies، regularly consider this CONNECTING FACTOR and replace traditional CONNECTING FACTORs such as domicile in Common Law and nationality in Civil Law countries. The recognition of the objective FACTOR of residence، the domicile، increases predictability in international relationship. At same time، a close relationship between persons and applicable law provides flexibility regarding conflict of law rules، and unlike the criterion of nationality، it prevents absolute application of rules of a specific country. Moreover، by applying the habitual residence FACTOR، courts are often referred to material rules of Lex Fori and therefore، they are not concerned with problems of proving foreign law.

Nowadays, the fundamental role of having a purpose for life in physical and mental health has been confirmed. According to victor frankl, presence of a purpose in life gives life a meaning and increases resilience against pains and traumas. The importance of the purpose in life construct reveals the need for a reliable and valid tool to measure it. Crumbaugh and Maholick's purpose in life questionnaire is the first and one of the most applied tools for the assessment of life's purposefulness. The aim of this research is to determine the FACTOR structure of purpose in life questionnaire. The questionnaire was administered on 206 students who were selected through random stratified sampling at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Exploratory FACTOR analysis showed that there are two FACTORs "comprehension" and "purpose" and this finding were confirmed by confirmatory FACTOR analysis. Altogether results of this research showed FACTOR validity of the purpose in life questionnaire with a two FACTOR pattern

The collection of data within the primary health care facilities in Iran is essentially paperbased.It is focused on family’s health, monitoring of non-infectious and infectious diseases. Clearly due to the paper-based nature of the tasks, timely decision making at most can be difficult if not impossible. As part of an on-going electronic health record implementation project at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, for the first time in the region, based on a comprehensive pilot project, four urban healthcare facilities are connected to their headquarters and beyond, covering all aspects of primary health care, for the last four years. Without delving into the technical aspects of its software engineering processes, the progress of the implementation is reported, selection of summarized data is presented, and experience gained thus far are discussed. Four years passed and if time is any important reason to go by, then it is safe to accept that the software architecture and electronic health record structural model implemented are robust and yet extensible. Aims and duration of a pilot study should be clearly defined prior to start and managed till its completion. Resistance to change and particularly to information technology, apart from its technical aspects, is also based on human FACTORs.
